Let's work this out!

Karl Marx was a philosopher of German descent and father of the critically acclaimed Marxism and Socialism. Marx created and adopted the views of socialism as a less extreme form of communism. Marx’s picture of socialism wasn’t conflict between oppressed people and a power-hungry government. Rather, he believed with sincerity that socialism would bring a perfectly equitable society. His socialism proposed the doing away of personal property and currency. With class divisions out of the way, he believed everyone would commune happily. He coined the phrase, “From each according to his ability, to each according to his need.”

But Marx knew that society couldn’t transform overnight which is why he predicted/proposed a middle step toward communism that he called socialism.
