It was signed between Gandhi ji and B.R.
Ambedkar.
- 1. Dr. B.R. Ambedkar was nominated as leader of depressed class for 2nd Round Table Conference.
- 2. He clashed with Gandhi ji.
- 3. British accepted Ambedkar’s demand. Gandhi ji began FAST UNTILL DEATH. He believed that the separate electorate for Dalits would slow down the process of integration of society.
- 4. Poona pact was signed in September, 1932.
- 5. It gave to depressed classes reserved seat.
