Montesquieu in his book known as the “Spirit of Laws” proposed the distribution of power of the state in three sections.
These are thelegislative which will be the lawmaking body of the state, the executive which is to become responsible for the conduction of these laws by all individuals equal in the eyes of the law and the judiciary that makes sure that the laws are implemented, failing which punishment is given out.
