The poem is a part of the speech by our former President Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam addressed to the students of engineering.  He considered technology as one of the strengths which students can use to excel in life I Wil Fly and Fly shows the boy's concern as he thinks that he has potential and greatness right from his birth. He feels that with such goodness, confidence, and talent he is not meant for crawling. With the help of his ideas and dreams working for him as his wings, he will fly and fly. 

In a nut shell, it inspires us to achieve soaring heights in life rather than living as a mediocre.
