Lenin was the leader of bolshevik communist party. In april 1917 Lenin returned to russia from his exile . He take over of soviets and to rule country russia , he promised three things which came to be known as lenin's 'april theses

those three things were:

1)banks to be nationalised

2)land to be transferred to peasants
