What was the main drawback of Rutherford Model of atom..? How did neil bohr overcome this drawback??

the main drawback of Rutherford model is he is unable to define the position of electron in an atom . while Neil Bohr model able to define it

Since Rutherford was  saying that electrons revolve around the nucleus in circular orbits.

But according to Bohr ,  if Electrons revolve around nucleus in circular orbits then electrons will radiate energy as it has charge and using it , it is revolving.

Then the Bohr gives his model,that electrons moved around nucleus in discrete orbits which are already charged and supply the charge to the electrons to revolve on it and this process goes on so that electrons do not radiate energy.

I think this will be easy for you to remember as i have answered it  briefly...
