our constitution makers were how many of the problems regarding the national economy and the situation after independence they all were thinking about the constitutional rights would be given to the people and the important rights and regulations should be made for the people and not arise the questions in any state of the time there were about 504 states in India it was very very difficult to maintain them so the constitution makers on make India as 28 states and all were involve to solve this problem....
