The answer for your question is Option (C)- It gave Nepolean the full control of government.

The government of Napolean was also known as the French Consulate. French consulate was established after the fall of dictatorship in France and Europe in which Napolean claimed himself the head of every authoritarian. This rule of Napolean has been viewed as military dictatorship.
