I have no idea about Viner Republic but it seems that it might be Weimar Republic.
The WR was a new association formed during the post WWI ,it had a constitution for Germany.
During the Versailles Treaty the WR signed to all the terms which was a great loss and disgrace to Germany.WR was hated by all the people as they were held responsible for the humiliation at Versailles
WR had to be responsible for all the war damages and had to pay for all of them.
WR faced opposition from people but got support from Catholics,Socialists and Democrats.
The German parliament was unstable due to some defects in the WR constitution like the Article 48.
