The drawback of manuscripts were:-1. it is very difficult to handle manuscripts2. it is not easy to store them3. the pages are so fragile tht with time the info. written on them erases automaically4. as the info. always not remain on the pages the makers hav to made another copies of them with the passage of time5. manuscripts are also very costly
