What was the reaction of the postmaster when he read the second communication of lencho to God

In the 2nd letter by Lencho to God, the Postmaster thought that Lencho would be very grateful and praise God a lot. Instead, when Lencho saw that only 70 pesos were given to him, he thought that the Postmaster stole the rest 30 pesos. The Postmaster was surprised and confused.
