The French Revolution led to transfer of sovereignty from Monarchy to the hands of people that is the Estates General in France. Many other uprisings began in different parts of the Europe. As the news of the event, students and other people of educated middle class elites began setting up of Jacobin clubs in Belgium, Germany,Holland, Netherlands and Switzerland . With the outbreak of revolutionary war, the French armies began to carry revolutionary ideas abroad.
