the role of jacobin club was-
*those suspected as the enemies of republic were ,imprisoned and then tried by a revoluutionary tribunal. these included ex-nobles, clergymen , members of others political parties and those who criticized the jacobin"s rule.
*they were guillotined if court found them guilty.
