Answer:

Karachi resolution is noteworthy for the following reasons:

a) reiterated the goal of "poorna swaraj": Thus, the goal of complete independence was made a definite goal. Until then, swaraj was not defined and was of abstract nature.

b) "poorna swaraj" did not mean only political independence: The concept included both political and economic freedom.

c) Accordingly, the resolution called for equality irrespective of sex, language, caste and creed, universal suffrage, secularism, freedom of speech and expression, freedom to form associations etc.

d) Accordingly, the resolution called for land reforms, free primary education, healthy work conditions for workers, minimum wages etc

e) protection of language, culture and script of minorities including linguistic minorities.
