voting in estate general is that each estate should have one vote but members of the 3rd estate want that each member should have one vote.

THE VOTING WAS DONE ON THE BASIS THAT ONLY THE WHOSE PAID THE TAXES EQUAL TO THREE DAYS OF LABOUR'S WAGE COULD VOTE. HOWEVER, WOMEN ,PEASANTS AND AND SMALL FARMERS WERE DENIED OF THIS.
THE 3RD ESTATE WANTED THIS SYSTEM TO BE CHANGED.
