Na2CO3 + CO2 + H2O ---> 2 NaHCO3

Molar mass of Na2CO3 = 23x2 + 12 + 16x3 = 106 g/mol

Molar mass of CO2 = 12 + 16x2 = 44 g/mol

If 106 kg of Na2CO3 requires 44 kg of CO2

Therefore 21.2 kg of Na2CO3 will require;

= (21.2x44)/106

= 8.8 kg of CO2

CaCO3 = CaO + CO2

Molar mass of CaCO3 = 40 + 12 + 16x3 = 100 g/mol

If 44 kg of CO2 is produced from 100 kg of CaCO3

Therefore 8.8 kg of CO2 will be produced from;

= (8.8x100)/44

= 20 kg
