Attila the hun (Turk) and Genghis khan (Mongol) never showed any interest in India or south asia. primarily because India was too alien for them and perhaps too hot for Central Asian Nomads who are used to freezing cold climate

Even during Ottomon times Turks never showed any insterest in idia they did not even have diplomatic / economic relation. the only time turks and mongols came in to contact with india and indians was after the industrail revolution in the 1950s.
