The Provisional National Defence Council (PNDC) was the name of the Ghanaian government, a military dictatorship that induced civilians to participate in governing the country. 5. Lack of accessibility- The government was inaccessible to information which were treated as confidential which in turn affected the people and the government itself.
6. Authoritarian character- The government was not able to apply sanctions for the wrongs done. There were no constitutional protection for the people of the country.
