Subash Chandra Bose is known for his patriotism to India

When Bose was young his father asked him to write the Civil Services Examination.

But Bose had patriotic thoughts and wanted to be a freedom fighter for India. He was thinking of joining the Freedom movement. He expressed his thoughts to his father. But was criticized by him, that Bose was avoiding the exam in fear of passing.

To prove his father wrong, Bose studied hard for the exam and cleared it.

Hope this helps.

When Subas Bose father asked him to sit for the Indian Civil Services Examination then he straightway said no to him.

His actual dream was to be a freedom fighter and protect the country from the outer force.

However, his father assumed that he was running away from this due to his lack of confidence.

At last, Bose gave the examination and managed to score highest marks along with fourth position in English.
