1. Geographical Conditions- People favour to live at those places where geographical conditions are favourable like fertile soil,etc. Plains are the most favoured place for living.
2. Economical Conditions- People favour to live at those places where chances of income and employment are high. Industrial-regions are most favoured on the basis of economical conditions.
