The difficulties that were faced during making of indian constitution were :
● India got its independence with partition on religion basis. Thus, partition created a major problem. Trusting each other for Hindu and Muslim was very tough.
● Some princely states like Jammu and Kashmir were free. Constitution also had to make proper regards to make them a part of India.
● Caste discrimination was too much prevalent in India. Banning of untouchability and giving an equal place for dalits in the society was very hard.
● It was also very tough to hold so many different community, people, language and culture under one roof.
