HERE IS YOUR ANSWER,

⇔ The answer to your question is :

→ On May 4, 1990 a commitment was generated called Groote Schuur Minute between white and black Africans. This caused the end of discrimination among them and beginning of peace.

→ The negotiated on several terms. On Aug 1990, the armed struggle of The African Congress was fully over laying to the establishment of peace.
→ If the blacks had not forgiven the whites for all their oppression and exploitation and decided to take revenge upon them, there would have been bloodshed everywhere.

→ It could have led to a division of the country and we would not have seen a united and peaceful South Africa that exists now. Fortunately, the black community followed the policy of non-violence in their freedom struggle.

→ Many problems were faced by the people of South Africa because it was not easy to trust either blacks or whites, whites agreed to not to discriminate blacks and blacks promised not to hack a small property of whites which was in South Africa.
