The effects of non -cooperation movement on Indian economy are follows-:

1) These movement had a great impact on the Indian textile. Swadeshi goods got a great impetus.

2) The increase in Swadeshi goods provide a relief to vanishing textile industry of India.

3)The import of foreign goods halved between 1921 and 1922.

4)Merchant and traders refuse to trade in foreign goods.

5) Foreign goods were boycotted, liquor shops were picketed and bonfires were lit of Foreign cloth.
