In that the tax was decided with the related condition of the weather and condition of the farmers. his all reforms were public friendly . the tax collect system was not rude and it was also collected in decent way . Their was no fixed rate for all to pay the tax but it was divided for sections and classes. He also made the longest connecting road "the great grand truck road" that gave the boost to the trade and commerce of the empire . He also divided the whole empire in small parts. His policy was later adopted but Akbar, the mugal rule . with made him the great ruler of the history in the Indian history.
