the had expanded the industries for the production of war material thus had wanted more of forest raw materials like wood , some chemical rich trees .. and so on for war they had needed huge amount of war equipment as it was world war ..

so for this purpose they start with monoculture meant only one type of Trees cultivation was done by there was loss of huge amount of different types of trees and vegetation. . final the was enormous amount of loss of forest in india. .

for the transport of raw materials from the forest to the industries they had built railway thus the used wood for tracks ..
