So at this temperature your hand is going to freeze and when you get out your hand out it will just break down. ... Liquid nitrogen exists that very low temperature around -200℃. So if you put your hand in liquid nitrogen then it will freeze the cells and tissues of your hand.

The liquid nitrogen surrounding your hand boils instantly and is pushed away from your skin by the cushion of steam (nitrogen gas).
