BaCl2 contains 2 chloride ions.
Therefore,
Molarity= Moles of solute / Volume of solution in litres
Molarity = (0.2 + 2*0.2) / (0.5L)
Molarity = 1.2 M
Molarity of chloride ions is 1.2M
