in meiosis first it will double itself when 60 pg then in meiosis II it will be distributed among the four daughter cells hence it will be 60 / 4 = 15 pg in each cell

When it enters the second meiosis II then it will be divided into 4 daughter cells then 60/4=15 pg. Then there will be 15pg in the individual cells. After the cell division individual daughter cells contain 15pg DNA.
