It is a Y network of resistances each of value R Ohms.
Voltage at point O = V volts.
Let us apply Kirchoff's law of currents at point O.
(6 - V)/R + (3 - V)/R = (V - 2)/R
So (6+3+2)/R = 3V/R
V = 11/3 Volts.
