Answer:40 degree

angle ABC= angle DCE

angle DCE+angle ECF

such that: angle ECF becomes 110 degree

then

CEF+EFC+ECF=180

30+EFC+110=180

EFC=40

Angle ABC = Angle DCE = 70 ( Corresponding angles )

Now by exterior anglr property,
