your answer is 5.....

given perimeter of rectangle is 30cm...

perimeter of rectangle =2(l+b)

2(l+b) = 30cm

NOW SUBSTITUTE L = 10cm....

2(10+b) = 30cm

20 + 2b = 30cm

2b = 30 - 20

2b = 10

b = 10 / 2

b = 5
