1- in dry conditions there is no possibility of doing photosynthesis because it will receive sunlight but not any water or mineral which is essentially for photosynthesis.
2- it is possible that a plant prepared their food by process of photosynthesis if the stomata is closed also.
3- surly the photosynthesis process will going on both rainy and sunny day.
5- yes it sure that good manuring will help the plant only if all the process will happen in the presence of sunlight because without sunlight plants donot prepare their food except xerophytic plant which are able to prepare without photosynthesis.
