Answer:

600kgm/s

Explanation:

since force =ma,

where a=v/t

f=mv/t

so 600

Given:-

  • Mass of box (m) = 30kg

  • Velocity =20m/s

To Find:-

  • Force required to maintain motion .

Solution:-

According to the Question

As the object moving on straight line then the velocity of object must be constant.

If the velocity of an object is constant ,then the acceleration of an object be 0m/s².

By using this formula

Force =Mass×Acceleration

Put the value which is given above

⟹ Force = 30×0

⟹ Force = 0N.

0 Newton Force required to maintain the motion.

Additional Information!!

The rate of change of velocity at per unit time is called acceleration .

✧ SI unit of acceleration is m/s²

✧ It is vector Quantity ( both magnitude and direction).
