number of trees =  70 , Length & breadth = 60 m & 45 m if each tree is 3m apart from the adjacent trees

Step-by-step explanation:

Complete Question is :

How many trees can be planted at a distance of 6 m each around a rectangular plot whose length 120m and breadth 90m

& what will be the length & breadth if each tree is 3 m Apart

Length = 120 m

Number of trees  =  (120/6) + 1  = 21

Breadth  =  90 m

Number of trees = (90/6) + 1 = 16

Corner tress are counted twice

=> number of trees = 2(21 + 16) - 4

= 70

if Trees are 3 m Apart

Length  = (21 - 1) * 3  = 60 m

Breadth = (16 - 1) * 3 = 45 m
