Since resistance R=rho×l/A where l is the length of the wire.
R1/R2=l1/l2
2.5/5=120/l2
1/2=120/l2
l2=240 cm.
R1/R2=l1/l2
2.5/5=120/l2
1/2=120/l2
l2=240 cm.

so wire 2 =5 i.e. 2.5×2
therefore length also = 2×120 =240cm
