Answer:

0°C is known to be the freezing point of water. But, actually at 0°C, water remains in its liquid state. It can occur in solid as well as liquid states also at this temperature .

It is in the soild form...

Area which is having 0°C is in soild state

Eg:- At 0°C Room temp

But as a whole amount of water it would be in semisolid
