Hey Mate !!!

here is your answer !!!

120 cm² / 10000

=> 0.012 m²

pressure = thrust / area

=> 30N / 0.012 m²

30000N / 12 m²

=> 2500N / m²

hope it helps you dear !!!

thanks !!

aapa1: but how it is coming in DECIMAL
aapa1: please explain it
aapa1: I did it but answer is in square not in cube
aapa1: no but the answer is given in cube
aapa1: there IS the option of square but it is not correct

HEYA!!

HERE'S YOUR ANSWER

Area = 120 sq. cm = 120/10000 = 0.012 sq. m

Now, Pressure = Force / Area

P = 30 / 0.012 = (30×1000) / 12
= 30000/12 = 2,500 Pascals

Or you can say that the Pressure exerted on the Area is 2.5 kiloPascals ( kPa).

HOPE HELPED!!
