Since, for freely falling body

v =  gt

hence, ratio of a freely falling body at the end of 1st, 2nd and 3rd second is

1:2:3

Parivartana: We have v = u + at. But for freely falling body u = 0 ms^-1 and a = +g ms^-2 hence v = gt
