Negative because negative integers are more in number and if you add the both positive and negative it will be odd integer which show the negative sign in multiplication.

YES THE SIGN WILL BE NEGATIVE

BECAUSE

WE KNOW THAT

-VE × - VE = +VE

11(-VE) × 11(-VE) = 22 (+VE)

THERE IS ONLY ONE NEGATIVE LEFT
