Strategic simultaeneous EMPs at internet providers power grids and major server farms. Strategic attacks on CDNs like cloudflare, amazon, and Google which damage infrastructure.
Even still the internet likely would continue to exist in some fashion but you’d be able to take down and break a lot of websites basically resulting in a severely crippled internet.
Only a government or extremely rich company with no morals or care for laws could do enough damage to essentially cripple the internet in this way.
