No commercial development will take place....
Because development has scope more in future than at present if all the resources r exhausted today only no development possible for the future.........

here is u r answer...
if all natural resources are damaged for commercial development.there is no scope to develop in future generations. there will be problem to future generations. our ancient members gave earth to us .it is loan for our children . we want to hand over to that childres, at least it was ✋ over to us ....
