Animals can't do the process of photosynthesis as they don't have chlorophyll in their body. Photosynthesis is done by the plants as they possess chlorophyll and hence they make their own food by carbon dioxide present in the atmosphere. Hence they are called autotrophs. While animals are heterotrophs as they depent on other organisms.

Hello
Photosynthesis is a process where plants use light from the sun, water from the roots, and carbon dioxide from the air and turn it into energy to allow them to live. It's probably the most important process that happens inside plants, because without it, plants would die rapidly.
