in case plasma membrane rupture or do not have the ability for permeablity,

1. all the useful substances will move out of the cell
2. transportation of the materials will be disturbed
3. the cell will lose its normal shape

here's your answer

QUESTION: what will happen if cell loses its permeability

ANSWER
amongst all the properties of cells..
one such property is of cell permeability ..

cell permeability allows the diffusion of substances in and out of the cell...
usually the cell membrane is selectively permeable..

this means that the cell will allow some substances to enter it's boundaries and it will stop the entry of good and bad substances alike..

if the cell membrane becomes impermeable by chance.. then by no way there will be entry of substances like water, dissolved oxygen
..they will not be able to leave or enter the cell..
and hence the entry of gases will be negligible..
this may result in their death too..
their shape will naturally be distorted..

this.may also result in diffusion of all substances out of the cell resulting in their loss..
