What will happen if dil hydrosulphuric is not added to water?

If not added no reaction would be there

RahulCR7: when H2SO4 is not added then the electrolysis of water cannot take place. thus hydrogen and oxygen will not disassociate.

hydrogen chloride is a gas .when it dissolves in water it becomes hydrochloric acid because it is a strong acid ,it dissociates into H+ ions and cl-ions.
