What will happen if I allow the user to make changes to my computer. Will it contain Virus? or a Hack ?

Answer:it depends on what program it is if it is a thing like the epic games launcher for example that is so it can download its selth if that makes since if your computer detects it as a warning DO NOT LET IT MAKE CHANGES because it can destroy your computer in some cases
