Answer:

Lysosomes are cellular organelles that contain digestive enzymes that break down waste materials, foreign material, cellular debris etc. Lysosomes are capable of digesting nucleic acid, polysaccharides, fats, and proteins. Along with them lysosomes also digest or damage their own cells by their enzymes, which lead to cell death. This process is called as autolysis. Hence lysosomes are also called as suicidal bags.Absence of lysosomes leads to the cell start breakdown automatically.

Bacteria like microbe can enter into the cell and spoil it(Lysosome can digest the microbe.) and cell debris cannot be removed. (Lysosome helps for cellular digestion.)

The cell would not be able to:

- digest anything for the amino acids -> would run out of AAs pretty quickly, translation would stop and the cell would die

- degrade internalized ligands and transcription factors (for example EGF) -> a signal cascade could go indefinitely and anything could have happened (most likely resulting in cell death)

- degrade bacteria&viruses - cell death.
