what will happen if the diaphragm does not function properly in a human body?

There are some certain body parts which are considered very important in the human body.

Lungs is one of them however, there are some other small human body part also without which these important body part would not function properly.

One of them is Diaphragm which if stops functioning well, your lungs will not be able to expand according to its capacity and this will cause problem in respiration.

Answer: Diaphragm is a flexible and a flattened muscular structure which helps in the contraction and relaxation between the volume of chest cavity . it facilitates in inhaling and exhaling of gases. if it does not work properly the lungs may not function properly and may take it to severe death.
