What will happen if the percentage of oxygen and carbon dioxide are reversed in the atmosphere?

  • If the oxygen and carbondioxide concentrations are reversed then humans will not survive. So, hemoglobin releases oxygen to cells and binds carbondioxide and transport it to the lungs. Hemoglobin binds to the gas that has the higher percentage.
