Theoretically speaking yes, and it have a lot of strange properties. The weirdest of all is the object accelerating in the opposite direction of the applied net force. If you’re pushing the object with negative mass, it will accelerate towards you.
However in the real world, it has never been observed, and I’m inclined to think it doesn’t exist.
