You could cut up your throat if you swallowed it, and it would get lodged in your throat due to its width if it was wide enough. You would die of a combination of suffocation and blood loss. If it was small enough, it would get to your stomach but still would cut up your mouth and throat pretty badly. Once in your stomach, your body would attempt to digest it. But,because of how sharp it is, it would cut up your stomach and intestines. From there, material in your intestines could spill into your body and you might die of either malnutrition or blood loss, whichever came first.
